I’ve talked before on how you can do keto on a budget and Aldi is the place to do it. They have a large list of items that are keto friendly and fit right in your budget. I like to stock up on quite a bit of items especially when I know they are cheaper at Aldi than at another grocery store. Here is a list of keto items you can buy at Aldi but keep in mind that some Aldi stores may not have the same products.

Did I miss anything? Let me know in the comments and I’ll add them to the list.
